This hotel impressed with its charming atmosphere and thoughtful touches. The rooftop terrace offered a fantastic spot to unwind and soak in the local views, a highlight of my stay. The interior's greenery and authentic Mexican decor created a lovely ambiance. The location near many good restaurants and just a short 10-minute walk to the city center was perfect for exploring. I faced a few issues during my time here. Upon arrival, getting inside the hotel proved tricky due to unclear late check-in instructions. The front desk was locked. The water dispenser often ran low, leading to some inconvenience . Despite these hiccups, the overall experience remained enjoyable due to the hotel's cleanliness and beautiful design.

Loved that the hotel was lovely quiet, nice decor in the rooms. The room was decent sized with television and a fan, for instance and safety measures included safe. The staff were all friendly, amicable.
There was a bit hard bed in my room.

The stay was quite enjoyable overall. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and it made a nice spot to return to after a day of exploring. I loved being only about 20 minutes on foot from the Zocalo, which was perfect for taking in the local atmosphere. I did find the water dispenser often empty, which was a bit inconvenient during our 13-night stay.

The shower was a dribble!!! The rooms felt cramped, leaving no space for luggage!!! Miscommunication regarding room types led to an inconvenient stay with separate beds.

Charming stay with minor hiccups
The hotel is nestled in a lovely neighborhood, with easy access to cafés and shops. The décor is a good blend of greenery and Mexican charm. Enjoyed a awesome breakfast just a block away!
The check-in process could be improved, as the front desk was locked upon arrival, causing some confusion. Keep in mind that cash payment is preferred, which might be inconvenient for some guests.

I was shocked to find the shower sprayed water everywhere but my body, like, were they trying to save water or something? Thin walls made it so noisy that i could hear my neighbors snoring. Honestly thought i'd get some kind of special treatment, but guess i was mistaken, almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.
